1. Will my purchase auto-renew?
Yes, if you’ve subscribed to PureLuckyCrush Premium, your subscription will auto-renew. To cancel your subscription, visit our Customer Support page and enter your payment details to stop the renewal.
If you purchased a Diamonds package, it is a one-time purchase, and you will not be billed again.
2. Can I delete my account?
Currently, account deletion is not available as PureLuckyCrush does not store personal data. However, we are working on adding an option for profile deletion in the future.
3. Can I be unblocked?
All blocks issued by our PureLuckyCrush review team are final. Unfortunately, unblock requests cannot be processed.
4. Can I get a refund?
